This is so excellent! I am a firm believer in the fact that many people's ailments stem from food or environmental allergies caused by their diet. Unfortunately, they have often been raised on these offending foods since birth, so convincing them not only that this is the cause of their problems as well as convincing them to change is a huge challenge. Sometimes after years of no real help from doctors and failed diets, they are ready to listen. I found this extremely helpful for myself. I considered myself to be knowledgeable, healthy, and fairly allergy free. Still, I struggled with tiredness and never being able to shed those few extra pounds.
