What a great workout! I'm primarily concerned about my legs and this workout primarily focused on legs with many styles of squats using weights. Although there are plenty of arm, back and ab exercises, enough to make me sore from top to bottom this morning after doing the workout yesterday. It's easy to follow, there's no chit chat and banter, just a basic very good workout. I'm hooked!
