We like the product because it is sturdy and training with it is challenging. It is a good quality product.But the real reason I give it 5 stars is the seller customer care. The product I received from amazon was clearly returned by a dissatisfied customer that couldn’t go past step one of installation.. I have reasons to believe that..After I opened the box I did the inventory of the parts and found I was missing one. I contacted the seller because I hate to pack up and return things. From my experience, returns can require as much work as installing new equipment.Therefore I decided to contact the seller for the missing part.I called early in the morning and to my surprise I did not reach a voice message, but I got to talk to a reasonable person from Body Solid that answered, listened and solved my problem immediately!And got the missing part in 5 days as promised. Thank you, once again!Customer support is amazing!As for the product, the instructions are terrible. However, I am a woman (I say it to align with commonly assumed misconceptions) and I managed to install the ab bench. Women out there beware: it is a tricky process because the instructions are in inches, and the parts inventory is in metric system. Also the number assigned to parts made no sense. Before installation I used all the information, such as number of items I received, to correctly identify all the parts. After that, it was easy.I really enjoy the ab bench and I hope we’ll use it many years. The quality is really good.
