What my wife liked about this one is that it has a case which can be washed easily.The issue that she had with it was that i was too fluffy. Its plenty squishy but too much volume.As far as the model that is sleeping with it in the picture that exact pose seemed to not be practical with the actual product so your neck/head is basically not really able to rest as advertised - at least from our experience with the product. But it may work for you !My pregnancy days are long behind me but when I was pregnant I had a pillow similar to this and remember how much more comfortable I was in bed with it. These days I'm dealing with various joint aches and pains in knees and hips which make it difficult to find a comfortable position in bed that lasts the entire night. Sleeping with multiple pillows gets tedious and this J shaped pillow makes things a bit easier, the pillow contours perfectly to curl under your head and between your knees. I find the pillow has just the right amount of firmness but is still soft enough to squish it to adjust it to fit where you want it to. This could be me dealing with my early menopause symptoms but I did not find the pillow to be cooling, in fact I found after sleeping with it for a short time I was even hotter where my body was in contact with the pillow, almost to the point of being sweaty. The parts of my body that were not pressed against the pillow were not nearly as warm.Pillow is soft , not good for any back support but good for having to lay on my sideI sleep with this pillow every night.
