I’m a petite woman and side sleeper. I got my weighted pillow yesterday and slept with it last night. Guess what? Last night was the first night I’ve slept through the night in 10 days! I slept 9 hours with this thing in all positions. It’s the perfect size and weight for me and not too big for my bed. It didn’t affect my body temperature throughout the night at all, not once. I’ve tried 3 other body pillows and they all just kinda worked, but nothing like the weighted pillow. Before this pillow my knees, ankles, and shoulders would be aching by 2am every night when sleeping on my side.
